Please read all of this page before RSVPing! Thank you!

"Don't learn by crashing!" Crashing can make us more fearful and often times we don't even know how or why it happened.

Professional instruction is the safest and fastest ways to learn the fundamentals and improve your skills. Amy Regan, a former pro racer, has been a certified coach, personal trainer and MTB instructor since 1996. She has taught hundreds of clinics and private lessons to help riders of all levels. Whether you are a brand new rider or have had some experience on trails, making sure you understand the fundamentals of mountain biking is the best way to gain confidence and have more fun on the trails. Climb better, descend with more confidence, and learn how to safely navigate a variety of terrain.

The clinic begins with making sure that your bike is set up correctly for you with a evaluation of your on your bike. Then you'll begin to learn (or review) the basic skills of mountain biking, such as position changes, balance, mounting and dismounting, braking, cornering, climbing and descending. Improving these necessary skills helps make sure that every ride is a great ride!
