Move & Motivate is a supportive wellbeing group focused on improving both mental and physical health through gentle movement, guided activities, and meaningful connection. This group is for adults who want to feel more motivated, confident, and connected, whether you’re returning to movement after a break or simply looking for a positive routine.

The sessions are 2 hours and 30 mins and consist of.

Light stretching, beginner-friendly free weight exercises, and a short reflective practice

Second half (sports hall): badminton, focused on movement, fun, and connection

Refreshments included sessions are free!
