What we’re about
**DANCE OUT LOUD**
LGBTQ freedomDANCE - 5 Rhythms & Open Floor Movement
"Bodhi holds the space brilliantly with a solid thread of guidance throughout whilst at the same time giving each person complete freedom to express and play. There is a safe space, acceptance and warmth that lends a sense of ease in exploring dance both alone and in connection with other dancers". SB - photographer I love this practice.
The first time I danced the Five Rhythms nearly 20 years ago my whole body was filled with an energetic 'YES'.... The dance touched me deeply and profoundly. So deeply, that I would like to share that taste of connection between mind, body and heart with you.
DANCE OUT LOUD - is a gay community-focused group that is mixed and open to both gay and non-gay people who love to dance...
Blessings in movement
