(earlier! 1st session) Community Day hangout

Details
[Experimental]
testing 2 sessions of Community Day in one day (earlier/later, morning/evening, 1st/2nd), to try to keep things smaller and more personable, yet also allow more ppl to join in.
If you sign up for both, and there is a waitlist, I may move you off one of the sessions and onto the less populated session, to maximize attendance. Please only attend the session that you are, in the end, signed up for as "Going", and work with me in this. Please do not show up if you are not signed up. If you wish to go but aren't signed up (and rsvp's are closed), please message and ask me first if you can attend.
If there isn't as many people in the 2nd/evening session, ppl from the 1st/earlier session can hang around longer, if they'd like. If there are too many people, I may ask ppl from the 1st session to leave to make room for the newer ppl in the 2nd session

This event is a good way to meet and greet, hangout, chat with others. Limited space to try to keep things more manageable and personable. The hope is to make this a more common event going forward.
Community Day is kind of like a lighter version of Game Day, differences being it's not focused on gaming per se, and I also intend not to play host as much nor manage meals (though, ppl are welcome to bring in snacks, food, or money for base ingredients)
I plan to have some food base ingredients around, say like eggs, bread, etc, and going to try leaving it up to ppl to optionally bring in food (like a potluck) or cook for themselves and/or group, and then clean up after themselves. The goal to make these events more sustainable and more common, and also make it more like community building. I can provide the space, but I'd like to try leaving it more up to the group itself to help make the community great, special, etc
The idea behind this is to be like a third place or like an internet cafe, a place where ppl can come and hangout with whomever also happens to be around that day. Has potential to be better than a coffee shop, in that it's smaller, no mandatory fees, options for cooking, and there are activities like gaming. If you're a broke college student or heavy in debt, don't worry about money, just come and enjoy yourself. If you are working full time or are in a place where you're able to chip in, I'd ask that you consider optionally chipping in a few bucks or bringing a snack to share every now and again, to help keep things running

In terms of activities, I have some good starter board/card games and a good variety of videogames, i.e. Overcooked, Towerfall, Super Smash Bros, Taboo, King of Tokyo, etc. Feel free to bring snacks and card games and board games to share. No video game experience necessary, there are games for all experience levels.
No pressure to arrive at the start or to stay till the end. Feel free to come and go anytime in the time range, it's longer to accommodate more schedules.
-the event will be limited due to space and wanting to try to keep things more personable. Please keep your RSVP up to date so that others may join in if you find you aren't able to make it

Recommended Snacks:
chips, fruit (strawberries, blueberries, apples, pears), and ideally not snacks that are too too messy/powdery, greasy, sugary
***
** I do not post my address publicly, so message me on Meetup or text me 480-516-2582 for the address prior to it starting. I'm within about a mile of the map addy below. If I don't hear from you by the day of the event and I know you don't have the addy, I may move you off of the 'Going' RSVP list.
This is a substance-free environment - so no alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping, and my home has cameras set up throughout to discourage bad behavior. I don't go through the footage unless something comes up
