I teach group classes in parks to work on strength, mobility, stability and cardio. It is a challenging but fun class great for all levels!

This hour-long full body exercise class involves foundational strength movements while also focusing on functional mobility and stability. We also incorporate fun cardio movements. Everyone is encouraged to be barefoot so as to feel the benefits of grounding and being one with nature, but please also bring a yoga mat and wear exercise shoes. The soundtrack for the class is the chirping of birds :) The workout is great for all levels. It is challenging while being fun at the same time! This class is donation based.
I am a personal trainer based in Portland. I do 1-on-1 personal training and small group classes in various gyms around the city. I enjoy teaching classes outside when the weather in Portland is beautiful ☀️
