Is going to the movies your thing? Then join us! We are DFW MOVIENERDZ!
theatres across the entire DFW area. Our mission is simple: To gather movie lovers across the area to the biggest & best theatres to see the latest and greatest films from Hollywood.
No matter what cinematic genre you prefer, we promise you an awesome time at the movies! You'll see some great flicks (and a few stinkers too!). You'll eat some good food since we sometimes go out to eat before/after the movie (We eat DURING the movie if we’re at a dine-in theater!). You'll definitely have a good time with your movie-loving kindred spirits!

The 56th Annual USA Film Festival April 22 – 26, 2026 at the Angelika Dallas
Angelika Film Center & Café - Dallas, 5321 East Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, TX, USA couple films have a $10 or $20 ticket (plus fees and taxes), but most are free. If there's something you want to see that is not available, you are able to request being placed on the waitlist.
Note that the Film Festival takes place during early voting for our municipal elections. Be sure to vote!

The USA Film Festival is having tributes for Gene Simmons, Lesley Ann Warren, Arthur Elgort, and Renny Harlin. Renny Harlin (Director) and Gene Simmons (Producer) will be at the presentation of Deep Water. One of my all-time favorite films is being featured on its 75th Anniversary: Strangers on a Train.
