• Start Location: Ohiopyle State Park Trailhead
• Destination: Great Allegheny Passage Connellsville Trailhead
• Round-Trip Distance: ~35.2 miles
• Lunch Stop: Kickstand Kitchen, Connellsville, PA
• Skill Level: All experience levels welcome!
• Estimated Ride Time: 3 to 4 hours (including lunch and breaks)
• Terrain: Packed crushed limestone, gentle grade

THE RIDE
Enjoy a scenic, relaxed-paced cycling adventure through some of Pennsylvania’s most beautiful landscapes! We will begin at Ohiopyle State Park, following the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) trail to Connellsville, where we'll take a break for a well-earned lunch at Kickstand Kitchen. After refueling, we’ll hop back on our bikes for a leisurely return ride to Ohiopyle.
This ride is perfect for cyclists of all levels—from casual riders to experienced long-distance bikers. We will ride at a social pace, making stops as needed to enjoy the views, snap photos, and hydrate.

• One-Way Distance: 17.6 miles (total round-trip: 35.2 miles)
• Trail Surface: Crushed limestone (hard-packed, great for most bikes)
• Elevation: Gentle rail-trail grade, minimal climbing
• Scenery Highlights: You’ll pass through lush forests, ride along the Youghiogheny River, and experience the peaceful beauty of Pennsylvania’s outdoors.
• Rest Stops: There are multiple scenic overlooks, and rest stops along the way if anyone needs a short break.

Your yes RSVP and by attending this event acknowledges that you have read and agree to my accident waiver and release of liability. With this in mind, please remember that I am not your guide. I am a fellow adventurer that is offering notice of a group of friends that are gathering to share in ride-share to enable a fun day for all. I love you guys, but I love my family more.

CANCELLATION
The hike will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather or unsuitable river conditions. IMPORTANT: Check this MEETUP event page the morning of the event for last minute details and watch your email for additional updates.

GUESTS
No guests on the sign up. Just ask your friends to sign up on Meet Up and RSVP to the event. In this, we ensure everyone has accepted the liability waiver. this protects everyone on the event.
