MQTA (多元智能訓練協會) is an registered non-profit making organisation in Hong Kong China since 2001, which has become a charity since 2003 focused on education of Adversity Quotient(AQ), Emotion Quotient (EQ), and Spiritual Quotient (SQ). The quotients can help sail us joyfully through life challenges, empower our wisdom & boost our happiness!

《逆境智能》(Adversity Quotient)作者美國教育家保羅(Paul Stoltz)博士列出,聆聽(Listening)為首個提升個人面對逆境能力的元素,並要對答以下問題:

EQ 情緒智能
何謂EQ?按英國學者Colin Beard教授《實驗性學習》的著作,介定情緒智能有五個評準,重點在於是否能適當管理個人內心世界和外在世界(包括與人交往、與環境接觸:
(一)暸解人的情緒 Knowing one’s emotions;
(二)管理情緒 Managing emotions;
(三)激勵個人Motivating oneself;
(四)洞悉他人情緒 Recognizing emotions in others;
(五) 處理關係 Handling relationship

Spiritual Quotient 心靈智能
「靈」的定義,泛指心靈psyche,字根源自希臘文的靈 spirit及生命的氣breath,與拉丁文「生命的氣」spiritus同義,亦與【創世記】第2章描繪:創造主的靈將「生命的氣」吹進亞當鼻內,「他就成為有生命的人」相似;故心靈智能與信仰有莫大關連。
英國教育家Colin Beard教授提出以下七項衡量是否具心靈智能的標準,包括:

MQTA’s Advisor Mr Alan Chan will explain MBTI (16種性格分析) techniques to help you understand yourself more.
“The goal is to help you establish a ‘Harmonious Circle’ with friends, superiors, and subordinates, whether in the family, school, social circle, or workplace,” said Alan Chan.
Mr Chan will go back Australia after a short stay in Hong Kong.The workshop is bilingual (English & Cantonese).
