Ms. Adventures Meetup group is for women who want to enjoy the outdoors and socialize with other women. Some events may include spouses, children or families so occasionally male family members might be included. Rather than a large membership we prefer to keep ours smaller so that we get to know each other. Our event hosts give their time and energy to plan events and want members who will show up - not sign up and then not come or be a member for months and never participate. We are in need of new event hosts, so please consider volunteering to lead and organize events for the benefit of the entire membership. We provide training and support for new leaders. Message an organizer if you are interested.

Most of our events are walks (Centennial Trail or City walks) or hikes locally, enjoying all the parks (Riverside State Park, County Parks, Mt. Spokane and BLM lands). Some of our events are more about exercise and some are more relaxed. We do wildflower walks, take a lot of photos and sometimes meet after a hike at a local restaurant. Some of us are trying out Nature Journaling. We offer some bike rides on established bike trails. Through Ms. Adventures a lot of lifelong friendships have been formed. If we do not meet your needs we would rather you leave the group on your own but we will drop you from membership for inactivity if after 1 year you have not done an online or a live event. We are asking for a commitment to participate when you join.

If you have a question about an event you can send a message to the Event Host (the person posting the event). Please do not contact Group Organizers. Also mention the Event you are asking about. Asking questions in comments on the Event is the best way to get information - others may have the same question.

This RSVP must be kept current, as we have limited attendance. Don't show up at an event without a RSVP. If the event is full, you will move to the wait list.
A no show may keep another member from attending. If you are added to a wait list, please monitor the event or you may miss a drop out freeing a space for you.

TO JOIN OUR GROUP -
We require a recognizable photo of YOU. NO PETS, DISTANCE SHOTS, BACK of HEADs-- just so we know who to look for at the meeting spot. We also require your first name (or name you use) and last or first name and middle or first name and last initial.
**Special Note: As of April 1, 2022, you will need to carefully read the event description for vaccination requirements. We allow our individual event hosts to designate this as a safety requirement.
