We’re heading to the legendary Duthie Hill Mountain Bike Park! Whether you’re looking to practice your first drops, cruise the flow lines, or just get comfortable on the dirt, this is the place to do it.

While this group was started to help busy parents find their outdoor tribe, we want to be crystal clear: You do not have to be a parent to join us! If you’re looking for a chill, ego-free group to ride with, make some new friends, and progress your skills, you belong here. Whether you have kids, fur-babies, or just a mountain bike you treat like a child, come shred with us. We’re all about building a community of riders who support each other.

We’ll meet at the central clearing (the "Hub") near the shelter/tool station. Duthie is perfect for a mixed-skill group because all the trails loop back to the same central spot. We can split into mini-groups based on what people want to ride from the easy "Bootcamp" area for beginners to the intermediate flow trails like "Movin On" or "Step It Up."

  • Skill Level: All levels. Seriously. If it’s your first time ever on a trail, Duthie is the best place to learn.
  • The Pace: Social and supportive. No one gets left behind.
  • What to Bring: A helmet (required), water, and a positive attitude.
  • Parking: The main lot fills up fast on weekends, so try to arrive a few minutes early or carpool if you can!

The Disclaimer: We’re here for a good time, not a hospital time. Ride within your limits. I’m a newbie myself, so I’ll be right there with you taking the "easy way" around the features. You are responsible for your own safety—let’s keep it fun and injury-free.

See you at the Hub! Let’s get some dirt on those tires.
