Welcome to MTL Plus One (45+). We are a curated social collective for Montreal’s active professionals and dynamic retirees. Our mission is simple: take our beautiful city and surroundings and get more out of what the beautiful city has to offer; hence the 'Plus One' in our name. Plus one for new friendships, more fun, great entertainment, and a vibrant experience. When you attend one of our activities, you will have the opportunity to connect with others, through interactive games and fun trivia. Join us for elevated '5 à 7s', cultural walks, dancing, dinning out, trivia-fueled connections and so much more.
