🤠 Beginner & Introvert-Friendly: Leave your worries at the door and don't be shy. Everyone is welcome, and we are all here to laugh and learn together. Hee Haw!

📍 Event Coordination & Safety: To keep our group coordinated and safe, the exact meeting point will be revealed to confirmed participants only. Please make sure you check the event chat before the meetup by clicking the event and scrolling down to the comments. This is where you will find any real-time updates after RSVP closes and during the event.

🌦️ Weather Policy: In case of light rain, bring your umbrella. In case of heavy rain, the event will be cancelled.

📌 Spot a friendly face: Don’t forget to wear your VIP pin button so we can easily spot each other in the crowd.

🚫 Strict No-Show Policy: Space for our outings is limited, and a lot of planning goes into coordinating these events. If you RSVP "Yes" but can no longer attend, you must update your status to "Not Going" ahead of time. In line with our community standards, members who RSVP but fail to show up without notice will be permanently removed from the group. Let's keep things respectful and fair for everyone!

VIP Priority: To honor our supporters, contributors get priority RSVP spots. If an event fills up, spots may be reallocated to our VIP members.
