Celebrate St Patrick's Day at Sam's Place

Hello everyone, let's enjoy a beer at Sam's Place for this classic Irish holiday! Make sure to show everyone your spirit and wear something green! :)

This will be a small gathering so I'm limiting it to 15 people. This place is low key and super casual. We'll meet in the main bar area! I'm not sure how crowded it will be so we'll play it by ear. This event will start at 5pm and end at 7pm!

Here's a little bit of history for you! For over 1,000 years, St Patrick's Day has been celebrated annually on March 17th, the anniversary of the saint's death in the fifth century. It was a religious celebration or what Catholics will recall as “a holy day of obligation”, which involved attending mass before any other celebrations began.

FYI ---- If you wish to come early, their happy hour starts at 3pm! And if you wouldn't mind and if you're able to make it there before the rest of us, please grab a high top for the group! Thank you kindly! :)
