Speaker:

Yong is a Senior Premier Field Engineer (PFE) based out of Irvine, CA.,USA. He focuses on delivering Training (Workshops/Chalk Talks), Risk Assessments (RAP) and Health Checks on Windows Server, Windows Client and Windows Security technologies to the Enterprise customers with a Microsoft Services Premier account. A former Senior Support Escalation Engineer (SEE) in Charlotte, N.C. he provided Windows Server support to 3rd Tier and U.S. Nat. support to Global Fortune 100 companies. He worked as a Windows Core (Setup, Cluster, Performance and Virtualization) specialist. He also connects with the public via a Microsoft TechNet blog at http://blogs.technet.com/yongrhee

Carlos is a Premier Field Engineer focused on Proactive Services and Training delivery for Microsoft Premier customers around US and previously EMEA regions. He works for Microsoft since 2010 and has been increasing his experience on IT since 1997. Carlos started at Microsoft supporting Directory services, Clustering and Server Virtualization. Since 2013, Carlos is also supporting Azure Infrastructure Services. He is a content contributor for Microsoft Press books, TechNet articles and Webcast. Carlos has been speaking on System center and Azure User Groups and Microsoft internal events like Geek Week or TechReady
