Yong is a Senior Premier Field Engineer (PFE) based out of Irvine, CA.,USA. He focuses on delivering Training (Workshops/Chalk Talks), Risk Assessments (RAP) and Health Checks on Windows Server, Windows Client and Windows Security technologies to the Enterprise customers with a Microsoft Services Premier account. A former Senior Support Escalation Engineer (SEE) in Charlotte, N.C. he provided Windows Server support to 3rd Tier and U.S. Nat. support to Global Fortune 100 companies.
