What we’re about
Welcome to our group – Connecting Through Wellbeing
Our goal is to create a supportive, inclusive community where individuals can explore mindfulness, mental health, and creative expression. We aim to help people connect with themselves, others, and nature through engaging workshops, nature walks, and wellness-focused activities.
We’re looking to meet people of all ages who are seeking ways to enhance their emotional well-being, reduce stress, and build meaningful connections. Whether you're navigating mental health challenges, feeling isolated, or simply want to try something new, you'll find a welcoming space here.
At our events, you can expect activities such as mindfulness based sessions, creative workshops, LEGO-based stress relief, and nature connection activities. Together, we’ll reflect, share, and grow in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Join us to prioritise your well-being and build a community grounded in connection, creativity, and care.

Who is this for?
This circle is especially for sensitive, creative women navigating healing from anxiety, trauma, burnout or disconnection - those who long to feel more at home in themselves and in rhythm with nature.About Women's Circles:
Women's circles are sacred spaces that bring together women of diverse backgrounds and experiences, fostering connection, support, and empowerment. Rooted in ancient traditions and embraced by modern communities, these circles provide a nurturing environment for women to share, reflect, and grow. Guided by principles of trust, compassion, and non-judgment, women's circles offer a sanctuary where participants can explore their authentic selves, celebrate their strengths, and navigate life's challenges collectively. Through shared wisdom, ritual, and communal energy, women's circles become transformative gatherings, cultivating a sense of sisterhood, resilience, and the profound understanding that, together, women can create positive ripples of change in their lives and beyond. - Connect3 FREE Wellbeing Walk – Winscombe & Sandford Award Land (July)Winscombe and Sandford Award Land, Sandford
