## A Fortnightly Mindfulness Meditation Circle for Rest, Reset, and Reconnection

### 🗓️ Date & Time:

7-8pm
(Then every other Thursday)

A sacred pause. A soft exhale. A space to come home to yourself.
Sanctuary Sessions are a gently held, fortnightly mindfulness meditation circle designed to offer you time out from the noise, chaos and pressure of the week.
In a cosy space, with the scent of herbal tea and the sound of your own breath, you’re invited to slow down and return to your centre. Each session weaves together mindfulness practices, guided meditation, silence, and gentle reflection. There’s no pressure to perform, speak, or be a certain way, this is a space to simply be.
Whether you're brand new to meditation or craving a deeper rhythm of rest, you are welcome here.

### 🌿 What to Expect:

  • Arrive to soft music and soft light
  • Gentle opening and check-in
  • Guided mindfulness meditation (based on a theme such as Trusting the Pause, Stillness as Medicine, or Letting Go of the Day)
  • Silence or nature-based soundscape meditation
  • Optional reflection or journaling
  • Closing ritual: grounding breath, card draw, or gentle movement

### 💰 Contribution:

Suggested donation: £5–£15 per session (no one will be turned away for lack of funds)

### 🧺 What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat or cushion (spares available if needed)
  • A blanket or shawl
  • A journal and pen (optional)
  • An open heart and a willingness to rest

### 💚 Accessibility & Other Notes:

  • Sessions are beginner-friendly, trauma-aware, and non-judgmental
  • Venue access includes steps, please get in touch if you require support
  • Space is limited to a max 10 people for intimacy and care
