The Multifamily Investing Meetup welcomes apartment investors, real estate professionals, property managers, entrepreneurs, lenders and everyone out there pursuing financial freedom.
The MIM is a knowledge-sharing and networking community with a special focus on Commercial Multifamily Real Estate.
Monthly events are hosted where industry experts share relevant and up to date content about multifamily investing in the US. Experienced investors will be invited to share their success stories and the lessons learned along the way.
In the end The MIM is about creating a SALES-FREE series of events that offer constant learning. MIM is where partnerships are created and deals get done!
It doesn't matter if you are a seasoned real estate investor or if you just started thinking about investing. If you are passionate about securing your financial future through real estate investing and gaining and sharing knowledge, then we'd love to have you join our group.

Have you raised money from passive investors yet? Are you still waiting to find the right deal before jumping into real estate investment? Not sure how to start? Our 9th Multifamily Investing Meetup is specifically set up for Meetup Members that need a little "push" to get off the Starting Line and get into The Game. We're looking for up to 40 members to join together and form a new limited liability company to purchase up to $4,000,000 in investment property. Our plan is to organize a team and raise up to $1,000,000 in equity using a Regulation Crowdfunding campaign. You DO NOT need to contribute your cash, pay fees, or hire a mentor to participate. What you DO need to join in the venture: 1. Ability to take action and follow through. 2. Willingness to follow directions. 3. Commitment to work 1-2 hours per week on the campaign for the next four months. 4. Enthusiasm and excitement. A short questionnaire and member survey will be given out at the meeting and also sent by email. Make sure to RSVP for this organizing & brainstorming session.
