It's nearly impossible to be successful if you don't surround yourself with other successful people. Start building your team because your business absolutely depends on it!
So let's get together for some real estate networking! Right now we host meetups in Newton every month.
This is not your typical investor meetup. There are no pitches and no "Learn how to get RICH flipping houses" gimmicks. In fact, we won't talk about house flipping at all because it isn't "passive income."
We're focused on investing for passive income which can be from multifamily, storage units, office/retail, etc. If you're interested in the power of real estate to create steady, long-term cash-flow for you and your family, then come join us!
This group is for investors and the related fields. This may be a good group for you if:

We’ll break down the mechanics in plain English and explain where this strategy fits within a diversified investment approach.

We’ll also cover how investors can participate in real estate-backed lending using self-directed IRAs and other retirement accounts, and why some investors explore this approach as part of a long-term income and diversification strategy.

You’ll see how our team evaluates and manages real estate loans so you can understand what professional execution looks like in practice.
If you’ve ever been curious about private lending, retirement-friendly income strategies, or alternatives beyond the stock market, this session will give you clarity and a practical framework to evaluate whether it’s worth exploring further.

There will be ample time for informal networking with both new and experienced investors and real estate vendors. This is an opportunity to come together in a relaxed setting to grow our connections and to add value to each other.

If taking public Transit: The venue is next to the Gilman Square stop on the Green line in Somerville
Parking: Street parking is available on Medford Street. Please allocate a few extra minutes to find parking.
