Jason is a full-time Real Estate Investor that has been investing in Real Estate for 10 years. He currently owns 7 rental properties with 32 doors. He started off by managing his own properties and flipping single-family homes. Now he has outsourced all of his property management and is focusing on growing his portfolio.
Aaron M. Adler, Panelist
Aaron is a certified residential appraiser & the owner of Appraisals Unlimited Inc. in Needham. He’s been appraising since 1989 & opened his business in 1995. Aaron has owned 13 buildings in the past and currently owns and manages 8 consisting of 6 two families, 1 principal residence, and an owner-occupied commercial office building.
Shawn Loughman, Panelist
Shawn is an Estimator at a Construction Management firm that specializes in Federal Government Contracting throughout the world. Having this background in construction fueled Shawn’s interest in Real Estate. He purchased his first property, a duplex in 2014, his second duplex in 2017 and is actively seeking larger acquisitions.
Matt Picheny, Moderator
Matt Picheny is a real estate investor, owner & operator who has been involved in single family, multifamily & vacation rentals for over 12 years. He has experience in property valuation, acquisition, new construction, rehab projects, property leasing, management, financing and is a Fannie Mae approved Buyer. With an investment portfolio of over 1,200 units, he is primarily focused on acquiring and repositioning multifamily communities.
