A little bit about our speakers:

Matt Picheny is the Managing Partner at MJP Property Group, a real estate investment company. He has been involved in single family, multifamily & vacation rentals for over 12 years.

Matt has experience in property valuation, acquisition, new construction, rehab projects, property leasing, management, financing and is a Fannie Mae approved buyer. With an investment portfolio of over 1,300 units, he is primarily focused on acquiring and repositioning multifamily communities.

As a PMI certified Project Management Professional, Matt has a proven track record of delivering projects on budget, on schedule and at the highest quality standards. He is a marketing veteran whose 20-year New York City career spanned several of the world’s largest advertising agencies, producing award-winning projects for Fortune 500 clients including Verizon, IBM, and Coca-Cola.

Steeve Breton is the founder of Velocity Capital, a private equity investment firm that helps clients grow wealth by adding quality real estate assets to their portfolios. Steeve has invested in over 1,700 apartment units and has diverse real estate experience including multifamily repositioning and ground-up commercial development.

Steeve holds an MBA from Babson College’s Olin School of Business. Prior to founding Velocity Capital Steeve built a successful career delivering multi-million dollar IT systems solutions in the Financial and Biotech industries. Since 2013 he has leveraged his business operations experience, conservative approach and analytical skills to clearly assess risk, invest wisely and manage assets to maximize returns. Steeve is also the owner of Boston Burbs Realty, which owns a portfolio of rental properties in MA and NH.
