Are you looking to find and fund great deals in today's market? Would you like to learn about what's working and what is not in the current environment? If so, please join us as we get together to discuss these issues with Kendin Carr, who focuses on Multifamily in the MA and surrounding regions. Kendin has been in the multifamily and mixed use space for over 19 years and has intimate knowledge of real estate transactions in the market. He also has strong connections with both the investor and funding communities.
As always, we will have ample time for informal networking with both new and experienced investors and real estate vendors. This is an opportunity to come together in a relaxed setting to grow our connections and to potentially add value to each other.
As in the previous months, we will be meeting at a new location in Somerville, MA (see details below). Our host, Paradigm Energy Services, has graciously agreed to allow us to use their premises for this event. There will be light refreshments and some drinks (while supplies last!).
