Our guest speaker, Jon Sidoti will discuss the value of syndications in commercial real estate and the value of being diversified across different asset classes, types, and markets!
As always, we will have ample time for informal networking with both new and experienced investors and real estate vendors. This is an opportunity to come together in a relaxed setting to grow our connections and to add value to each other.
As in the previous month, we will be meeting at a new location in Somerville, MA (see details below). Our host, Paradigm Energy Services, has graciously agreed to allow us to use their premises for this event. There will be light refreshments and some drinks (while supplies last!).

Transport: The venue is next to the Gilman Square T Station on the Green line in Somerville, MA.
- Parking: Street parking is available on Medford Street. If driving, please allocate a few extra minutes to find parking just in case.
