From Multifamily to Commercial Real Estate: Lessons from Building a 220-Unit Portfolio

Mike Preshman built a 220-unit multifamily portfolio across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island without outside investors. In this presentation, he’ll share the lessons, strategies, and systems that helped him grow from house hacking to owning hundreds of apartments. He’ll also discuss why he’s expanding into commercial real estate and the opportunities and challenges he sees ahead in retail, industrial, and other asset classes. Whether you’re just getting started or already investing, you’ll leave with practical insights and real-world lessons from the field.

As always, we will have ample time for informal networking with both new and experienced investors and real estate vendors. This is an opportunity to come together in a relaxed setting to grow our connections and to add value to each other.
