Hi Everyone, Indian cuisine is incredibly diverse and there are so many ways to create different a well-rounded meal. Learn to cook mouth watering Indian food and experience the authentic Taste of India . All are invited with little or no experience at all. In this session I will share with you the recipe and the process of preparing
I will teach you to prepare
Peas Pulav (Basmati rice with peas and lingering taste of whole spices) ,
Mushroom Kadhai (Mushroom cooked in tomato,cashew and yogurt sauce) and
Sheera (desert): Semolina pudding.
This opportunity will allow you to explore your potential to magically win the heart of your family with these dishes.
I invite you to experience a journey to India through your palette as you learn a main course and a desert.
The cooking session will take around an hour. Printed recipe will be provided so that the participants can refer to it even later. After the meal is prepared, we will sit together to enjoy our makings and company together.
