This will be the second of two lectures on popular R packages in quantitative finance. Just like the previous lecture, this will be a 1 hour "accelerated" survey of R packages related to computational finance. While R Task Views is an excellent compendium of subject-specific R packages, there are way too many packages listed there. In this lecture, you can ask the speaker to recommend packages specifically suited for your project or problem at hand.

Whether you are seeking a job at an investment bank, or if you lead a team of quants or developers at a bank or a software company, or if run a data analytics related business yourself, you WILL learn a great deal from this lecture!
