ABOUT THIS MEET

Another 'meet and greet' for all our new members. (yay!)

I've changed the location from a usual cafe to a park because I've noticed members feeling obligated to buy a coffee just to sit and have a conversation. Veer Savarkar Udyan is a nice, chilled out location which is usually not too crowded and the entry fee is almost negligible. And its comes with a bonus lake inside!

This is going to be just like the first meet that we arranged with MFC, except that this is going to include our dear new members too. The main focus of this meet is going to discuss the potential ideas and scripts that can be developed into a short film.

ABOUT MFC

I've made this group to gather a bunch of talented artists to work together on making short films/documentaries to participate in various film competitions hosted by websites like mofilm (http://www.mofilm.com/), talenthouse (https://www.talenthouse.com/), etc. If you're anything from an aspiring director, writer, actor, cinematographer, editor, cameraman, etc. this should be the right group for you. If we end up having a good amount of people to join this crew, we can take ourselves to bigger festivals like sundance (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sundance_Film_Festival). It's not just about work though. We can also plan movie nights, research and discussion meets to discuss the techniques and lifehacks/DIY to make the job easy, to get more creative ideas flowing, etc. Above all, it's about having fun with what you do. If this is your passion, meet like minded people here and deliver a result out of pure love and dedication for what you like to do and are good at.
