At Mums and Bubs Postnatal Fitness: you will be trained by a fully qualified Personal Trainer who also holds a Bachelor of Health Science Mastering in nutrition (clinical Nutritionist). These sessions are held outside as evidence-based research shows that fresh air, sunlight and connecting with other mothers while exercising is very important for new mums to help with mental well-being and to create a support network of other mums. New mums are the most valuable and vulnerable in the community, and I know and understand what it is like to be sleep-deprived, and socially isolated, plus feeling the pressures and responsibility of nurturing a new little one.
Working out with our babies is a great way to connect and lead the family by example. Don't sit at home alone, come and meet other mums while you get fit.
Say goodbye to busy gyms with expensive memberships or booking in a babysitter so you can work out.
This group is all about fitness and fun with our little ones. Fight the baby blues and the baby bulge with our one-hour fitness sessions, which are held twice each week. You'll get a great workout that includes resistance and cardio work, body/baby weighted exercises as well as targeting the important tummy and pelvic floor muscles. Make some great friends for you and your baby with lots of laughs and understanding. Afterwards, stay for coffee with the other mums. Bring yourself, your baby/toddler, a mat/towel and a water bottle. Every Monday and Friday 9 AM-10 AM. We meet at the 'Statue Of David": The boulevard, Emerald Lakes, Carrara.
