💡 Ever notice how easy it is to move through life on autopilot?
Checking to do list boxes, having small talk, doing what is expected from our surroundings, but somehow missing the heartbeat of connection?

In our events, we will slow down. Together we will explore what happens when we switch from 'doing' to 'being' and give each other the space to be heard and seen. We design invitations for you to experience feeling rather than doing, relating rather than (re)acting.

If you have been to our events already, you know the entry point. The longer workshop formats are where we go deeper. We move beyond the surface and explore what is underneath by having more time to stay in the experience of the present moment, understanding and clarifying your boundaries, observing inner patterns and detecting what feels true to you.

We introduce the core principles behind our work and practice them with our language, our bodies and most importantly: In community.

💫 Why this?
Munich has countless places to go out, but very few spaces to truly meet each other. We have a desire to create a space like that. So we founded "To Be Honest" as an explorative playground for honest connections.
