Authentic Relating is a playful way to explore yourself and others more deeply: through curious questions, mindful conversations, and interactions that can go surprisingly deep.
What to expect:
• simple games that create instant connection
• moments of silence & presence
• encounters that feel light and at the same time real
No previous experience needed – only a willingness to open up a little 🙂
Why this?
Because in a city like Munich there are countless places to go out, but very few spaces where we can truly see each other. Here, we practice exactly that – in a safe container and a warm setting.
