Checking to do list boxes, having small talk, doing what’s expected from our surroundings, but somehow missing the heartbeat of connection?

This evening, we’ll slow down. We'll explore together what happens when we switch from autopilot to empathy mode and give each other the space to be heard and seen. An invitation to change from doing to feeling, from reacting to relating.
