Boundaries are not walls. They are the foundation of real intimacy.
When we cannot feel or express our limits, we either withdraw, over-adapt, or explode later.
This Sunday morning we practice something different.
We slow down.
We listen to the body.
We learn how to say yes and no with clarity, without losing connection.
Because a true “yes” only exists when a “no” is possible.

Very few spaces where you can practice standing in your truth, especially when it feels uncomfortable.
We created “To Be Honest” as a playground for courageous connection.
A space where clarity strengthens intimacy instead of destroying it.
