Brush up your language skills with a walk at the Isar!
On arrival, you’ll receive a colour sticker to signal the languages you speak or want to practice. This helps everyone easily find conversation or tandem partners.
After a short introduction, we’ll start a relaxed walk toward the Isar.
We will finish the walk back at the starting point, where you’re free to continue exploring the area or join for an after coffee and Italian pastries at Eataly.
The idea is simple: meet new people, practice languages in a natural way, and explore new places around the city.
1. Who can attend?
Anyone from B1 level and up. (Not for very, very beginners — sorry, Duolingo.)
2. Which languages will be spoken?
This event is for German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and English learners. More languages coming soon — stay tuned!
3. Are conversations guided?
No. You set the topics you want to talk about. Organic conversations, like chatting with friends
4. How does it work?
Each language is assigned a color. On arrival our host will greet you and give you a sticker with the color of the language you are going to practice. You can then identify tandem partners of your target language.
5. How much does it cost?
Free of charge. Just bring good vibes (and pay your own consumption of you want to grab a coffee before or after the walk)
