Sharpen Your Coaching Skills_ONLINE Coaching Practice

In this Coaching Practicum*, you will work on taking your coaching to the next level of mastery.

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Asking powerful questions, direct communication and active listening are important components of the process.

We will work on these skills – adding new challenges – so that we can train our coaching muscles.

This is a special practicum where you will practice coaching and receive feedback right on the spot by a peer coach and continue your coaching with the new direction.

You will be working in trios in the following roles: Coach, Client and Coach of the coach and will have a 360 – degrees learning experience.

We will meet online via Zoom and use its special capabilities to work in small and big groups simultaneously.
