What we’re about
This group is for professional, certified (or nearly certified!) coaches who want:
- to sharpen their coaching skills through supervision sessions with peer coaches
- to enrich their professional coaching toolbox through sharing experience
- to expand their knowledge through coaching cases discussion
We will be focusing on refining the core coaching competences defined by the International Coaching Federation*, conducting mini-coaching sessions with each other and providing professional feedback, maintaining an open and trusting atmosphere.
