In this Practicum, you will be working on a GAP: the gap between the Vision or the big goal of the coachee and their current state.

There is a saying "No gap - no coaching". Supporting a coachee (a learner) in building a bridge between their desired state and their current state creates a clear path to walk and maps your coaching process.

We will meet online via Zoom and use its special capabilities to work in small and big groups simultaneously.
