Intro to Ember.js (Marco Otte-Witte, Michael Klein)

The talk explains the core concepts of Ember and shows how a small demo app is structured and tested. This is NOT a talk about why Ember.js is better or worse than Angular, React etc.

Marco Otte-Witte has been developing web applications both on the server and on the client side for almost 2 decades, from small projects to huge high traffic apps. He is the founder of simplabs, main organizer of Ember.js Munich and the creator of Ember Simple Auth.

Michael Klein has been developing Ember applications for several years. He’s an active contributor to the Ember ecosystem and one of the maintainers of ember-cli-deploy, the “official” Ember CLI deployment solution.

Node.JS – From the Beginning (Robert Prediger)

Meanwhile, there are 200.000 Node.js modules in npm. So how do you know, where to start with? This session will show an overview of common modules and will give you a lot of practical examples.

Robert Prediger has more than 25 years experience in managing software projects and more than 15 years experience in developing web- and mobile-applications and portals. During the past five years, he worked intensively with Node.js.
