Join us for the very first **Munich Mindful Walk**! This is a calm, welcoming space to practice walking meditation, connect with your surroundings, and enjoy a moment of reflection in nature.

**What to Expect:**

* **14:30 – 15:00 \| Pre\-check:** A gentle gathering where we briefly introduce the walk, share intentions, and settle into mindfulness.
* **15:00 – 16:00 \| Mindful Walk:** Walk with the group at a calm, mindful pace through Schloss Nymphenburg park, enjoying silence, nature, and awareness of each step.
* **16:00 – 16:30 \| Post\-check:** A short reflection to share experiences or insights from the walk, supported by optional guiding questions.

**What to Bring:**

* 👟Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing
* 💧Water bottle
* 📓Optional: a small notebook or journal if you’d like to record reflections

📍**Meeting Point & Finding the Group:**
We’ll meet at the **[Ludwig-Ferdinand-Brücke](https://maps.app.goo.gl/pRB2fW4Y5WV1BnmKA)**. Look for a guy with a red-navy jacket. Please be punctual.
