Let's Paint at the New Museum!

Details
Dear Fellow Artists!
Happy Spring! I'm excited to announce that we have been invited to participate in a collaborative project by Polish artist Pawel Althamer called the "Draftsmen’s Congress" at the New Museum.
We will be taking part in the making of one large collaborative drawing that will take up the entire 4th floor space of the museum. The museum will provide us with a large range of art materials to use (see below for a full list) but you are also welcome to bring materials if you have something specific you want to work with.

The event is on Sunday, April 6th at 10:45am until 6pm. The museum space has been reserved exclusively for our group for this date. You can leave at any time but it will be necessary that we all arrive at the same time.
If you are interested in attending please RSVP asap because spots are limited! You are welcome to bring friends and guests, just make sure they RSVP too.
I'm really looking forward to painting with all of you! If you have any questions simply respond to this email and I will get back to you asap.
You can view details about the project on the New Museum website:

Here are guidelines the museum has asked us to note:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Arrival: When you arrive to the museum you should enter through our main entrance, go to the front desk and announce your arrival. They will know you are coming. All coats/bags should be checked in at the coat check. You will receive entrance tickets and you need to hold on to this ticket in order to exit the 4th floor and come back up again should you wish to do that at any point. In order to go up to the 4th floor the whole group needs to be present and so you need to be sure that the whole group arrives at the same time. You cannot bring any food or drinks up to the 4th floor.
Congress facilitators: In the lobby you will be greeted by one of our Congress facilitators Esha and Olimpia. They are both working in the Congress to facilitate the groups and the public coming to take part in the project. Esha and Olimpia will be the ones to give you a basic introduction to the space and also hand out the materials you select to work with. At any point during your time in the space you can always ask them for help.
Materials: There will be a great range of materials available to work with and these include: acrylic paint (range of colors), gouache, watercolor, charcoal, charcoal pencils, crayons, oil pastels, colored pencils, chalk, chalk pastels, many kinds of pens and markers. Furthermore we will have a range of brushes and rolls available to work with and a range of different kind and sizes of paper to work on around the large table in the middle of the space. There will be painters coats and suits and shoe covers to wear if needed. You are welcome to bring your own materials but we do not allow any spray cans or other types of cans or any oil based paint.
A few guidelines: We hope that everybody will really enjoy taking part in the project and be mindful of each other in the space as there will always be more people working at the same time. We ask that all materials be returned to our facilitators after use and that you do not take any of these with you when you leave the space. We ask that you only draw and paint on the 4th floor and not on any other floor of the Museum, the Draftsmen’s Congress is only on the 4th floor. In general we hope that you will help the facilitators keep the space in good shape by collecting materials after use, throwing out any paper or trash you have, wash brushes so that they can be reused etc. We would be very grateful for your help and naturally the facilitators are also there to help you. 15 min before the museum closes there will be an announcement and you are asked to start preparing your exit. At 6pm all are asked to leave the space.
On behalf of Pawel Althamer and the New Museum we are delighted that you are part of this project and look much forward to welcoming you here!
