Welcome to MUSIC and MOVEMENT

These 1 hour sessions are medium/slow paced, meditative, creative , basic , modern, and therapeutic , with a variety of beautiful music and authentic movement , open to all adults ( over 18) , all genders, suitable for dancers and non dancers , to build strength, flexibility , balance , presence , and have lots of FUN !!!
Guaranteed to make you feel good, in body and mind.
No experience necessary but a basic level of fitness is best.
All at your own pace.
Bring only enthusiasm, an open mind, and no talking during the session please. We can talk over coffee after.
There is not a teaching class , only facilitation , ideas and demos.
Dress casual, comfortable , bare feet , socks or dance slippers.
Hoping to build a regular weekly group.
Move the body , still the mind.
