What we’re about
Welcome to Music is the Drug. This group is focused on building in-person connections and community around music and creativity. We strive to create spaces where sobriety is celebrated and recognize music and art as a source of euphoria, love, and joy (hence the name of the group ;))
In our meetups, we have several different kinds of events, almost always relating to art in some way. Some examples of kinds of events are: open mics, concerts, song writing circles/workshops, creativity workshops, authentic relating workshops, dance parties, and anything else that we can think of.
In this community, everyone is welcomed. Regardless of your age, race, identities, or experience with creativity, you are a valuable part of this group. We look forward to creating with you at the next event!
