Beautiful Minds is a FREE health and wellness community outreach with a focus on mental health, resources and empowering our community. Its thoughtful design supports the four essential pillars of health (mental, physical, social and spiritual).
This vibrant festive event brings together elements of a Health Fair, a Resource Fair and a variety of interactive wellness activities led by holistic practitioners, expert-led community conversations, live music, cultural dance, line dance, free food and much more.
Come hang out, socialize, connect, learn and grow all while enjoying the lively atmosphere.
