Working across teams requires alignment without control. Your peers and cross-functional partners may have different priorities, incentives, and pressures. Moving work forward depends on understanding what matters to them and building a shared reason to act.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:

• How to frame ideas around shared goals & mutual value
• How to navigate resistance & competing priorities
• Practical ways to build alignment, commitment, and follow-through
