Celebrate Diwali, the Indian Fall festival of lights with your fellow foodies. In this meetup, our menu will evoke the colors of the season and light up your palette like never before. You’ll savor Chicken Korma delicately flavored with cardamom and cashew nut. You’ll learn the intricacies of making Matter Paneer, as Chef Pritha unravels the mysteries of this signature peas and homemade cheese dish from northern India. Baigan Bharta will yield its secrets, ushered from the realm of restaurants to your own home kitchen. We will roast the eggplant and flavor it to perfection. You will Fall head over heels in love with an Indian rendition of squash and sweet potato in a healthy, hearty lentil dish enlivened with an aromatic array of spices and herbs. As always, you will be provided with instruction, recipes, and a complete Indian feast among other friendly foodies. You can pay with check or paypal.
