We all know the cycle: set New Year’s resolutions, forget them almost immediately. It’s not a failure. Resolutions are often rooted in pressure, not practice. Real change doesn’t happen through force; it grows through repetition, attention, and consistency. When we shift from “What should I fix?” to “What do I want to practice?” we move toward sustainable, compassionate change.
Instead of pushing ourselves into the year, what if we started by listening inward? This session invites you to set intentions that arise from awareness rather than willpower. Through guided meditation, journaling, and community sharing, we’ll explore what truly matters to you and how to bring those intentions into daily life through small, meaningful practices.
*This monthly group is offered as a pay-what-you-can model: you’re welcome to contribute whatever feels right for you. This is completely optional and not a requirement for joining this group. We believe that healing and connection should be accessible to everyone, which is why we make every effort to create affordable spaces for our community.
