Real estate is my passion! After launching Foreclosures.com in 1995 and retiring as an educator in 2014, I went back to my roots as a full time investor. Life is great! I decided in early 2017 to expand my business and attended a few local real estate meetups for networking. My goal was to meet other investors and wholesalers who could bring me more deals.

That's when it hit me. The majority I met were LOST and NOT doing deals! Not only did they not know WHAT A DEAL WAS but they had no clue how to FIND GREAT DEALS or how to FIND FUNDING for their deals. This is NOT good!

After years of requests to launch an investment club - I now see why. Very few are taught by those WHO ACTUALLY INVEST FULL TIME RIGHT NOW. And even worse, some bring in outside speakers to pitch you their products or services. Not Good. So, I saw a huge void and decided to fill it. Plus, I'm looking forward to teaching again! :)
