N26 and AWS are very excited to invite you to the panel discussion around diversity, inclusion and women's allyship in the Tech industry. Join us in Berlin for an open conversation around women in the tech environment with experienced and passionate panellists.

Moderator: Sara Caselles Gaya - PM @N26
Sara has been working for N26 for the last year and a half and has a passion for inclusivity in the workplace. She has been co-leading the Women+ ERG and driving many initiatives in the organisation.
Miyu Lee - Chief Legal officer @Mondu
Miyu is a Harvard-trained international FinTech lawyer and economist with a PhD in econometrics. Before joining Mondu where she oversees the global legal and compliance topics, she worked at Klarna for 5 years assuming various roles managing global teams.
Olena Dr. Bachynska - VP Engineering @SmartRectiuiters
Olena is a very passionate technology leader, data scientist, engineer, physicist and a mother.
She has been working at SmartRecruiters for a year and a half and has a very strong background in other international companies.
Laura Figón - Development-Related Postgraduate Courses (EPOS) DAAD Scholar @Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin
Currently pursuing a master's degree, Laura is a Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Leader with over 10 years of experience in International and Development Economics. Laura is passionate about feminist economics as a way to reduce social inequality and foster economic progress. A former World Bank consultant, she has a keen interest in social innovation, public policy, and impact evaluation. Beyond her professional pursuits, Laura enjoys travelling, arts, and culture.
Julian Kelsey - Engineering Manager @N26
Julian has over 30 years working as a software developer in 4 different countries. He is also a member of the Works Council as he believes it’s very important to make the workplace a better place and have an impact.
Beyza Ari - DEI Lead @AWS
Beyza specialises in Inclusion, Diversity and Equity at AWS.
Her main focus is on expanding the dimensions of diversity to ensure everyone feels heard and secure in their environment. She organises events, creates frameworks and structures while drafting strategies, has hosted workshops on bias-free decision making for internal and external stakeholders.
