About us
Welcome to the n8n Global Meetup group! This group is dedicated to bringing together enthusiasts of Automation and AI. Much of our content is online so we welcome all to join.
n8n provides flexible AI workflow automation for technical teams. It is for people looking to get the most power from an automation platform and don’t mind an initial investment to ramp up. This includes coders who require maximum flexibility while striving for peak efficiency, as well as tech-savvy individuals who are willing to engage with technical concepts to save time with automation in the long run.
If this describes you, join us! We have regular shows for community and enterprise users to share best practices, tips, features and topics related to automation and AI.

From the n8n canvas to Microsoft Teams with Microsoft Agent 365
·OnlineOnline9 attendees from 3 groupsWhat You'll Learn
Join host Dylan Watkins (Community Manager, n8n) and guests Manuel Cerrutti (Product Manager, Copilot Agent Ecosystem, Microsoft) and David Arens (Senior Product Manager II, n8n) for a walkthrough of how to build agents in n8n that show up inside Microsoft 365 apps using the Microsoft Agent 365 Trigger node. With Microsoft Agent 365 generally available, n8n users can now build agents that show up as members of the team in Microsoft 365 applications. Microsoft handles access and compliance by giving agents and identity that you can @mention or email from Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint or Word. n8n is where you design what the agent does: its system prompt, the tools it calls, the logic that ties them together, and the actions it takes across the rest of your stack.
In this session, you'll learn how to:
- Build an agent in n8n using the Microsoft Agent 365 Trigger node and connect it to third-party tools, MCP servers, and sub-workflows for specialized tasks
- Set up your Microsoft environment to connect with the agent and apply governance controls
- Send requests to your agents through Outlook or with @mentions in Teams and get results right back in your flow of work
