NAMI Multnomah is the Multnomah County affiliate for the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people with mental illness and their families through support, education, and advocacy. We aim to provide a platform that allows persons affected by mental illness to have a powerful voice in the local mental health community.

NAMI Family Support Groups are peer-led support groups for adults with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of mental illness. Every group is offered free of charge, and no registration or enrollment is required. All of these groups are facilitated by trained individuals who are family members of people with mental health conditions. - Weekly Walking GroupNeeds location

- Military Support GroupLink visible for attendees
For those who have served in the military, Active Duty, National Guard, and Reserve members living with mental health challenges. The group is facilitated by Veterans and former service members with lived experience.
