Join NAMI SF's young adults community for our weekly support group! This group is for young adults (ages 18-26) living with mental health conditions. You deserve to feel understood and supported while you navigate your mental health condition and we are here to help. Each group begins with a check-in. During check-in, everyone briefly shares what they are coming into the group with and if they would like a longer share during the main discussion. The facilitator then calls on people to share more in-depth. If you'd like to give feedback, please raise your hand physically or put it in the "participants" sidebar. Some examples of topics that come up are symptom management, relationships, and medications. No one is required to speak in our discussion. Sometimes, we get support just by showing up.

•OnlineSpiritual Support Group (Virtual)
OnlineHi, welcome to this Spiritual Support group. This is a spiritual support group for people of all faiths or no faith, for those who themselves have a mental illness and for those who love someone who has a mental illness. Each week we focus on a virtue or spiritual principle that contributes to our mental health. We ask those who wish to, to bring a quote to share from a source of inspiration on the topic of the week. Please send an email to Pjevans02@gmail.com so that we can send you the full details. We will take turns reading a quote, and then we or others in the group may make short comments about the quote. Each person is asked to follow the guidelines of being respectful, keeping comments short and upbeat (let's leave politics out of it), contributing from your own perspective, and remembering that we want all voices to be heard. We want this to be a positive experience for everyone.
