The gong is arguably the ultimate sound healing tool, as it has the broadest range of tones and frequencies of any instrument. When played intuitively, this vast range of sound deeply bathes every cell of the body as sonic entrainment brings it back into harmonic balance.
The modality of healing with sound vibration dates back to prehistoric times. Indigenous cultures around the world have used primal rhythm and chanting for healing and altering consciousness from time immemorial.
Patricia, sound alchemist, incorporates sound healing, chakra balancing, visualization and meditation into her events. These modalities assist one in releasing unresolved trauma and restoring wholeness.

We are vibrational beings. Everything in the universe is in a state of vibration, including every part of our body. Dr. Mitchell Gaynor, former director of Medical Oncology and Integrative Medicine at Cornell Cancer Prevention Center in New York, said, "If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through the ears, but through every cell of our bodies.
